Software Engineer sought by Phenom LLC in New London, CT. Plan, direct, co-
ordinate and manage the projects at all levels and provide guidance to the
development teams. Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians
to assess computing needs and system requirements. Coordinate with all
Business Analysts to derive Impacts and Business Requirements to ensure
successful completion of Requirements Phase. Coordinate / drive Business
Requirement gathering sessions with Business Owners or Subject Matter
Experts (SME).

Responsible for developing requirements with Waterfall and Agile
methodologies. Provide various supports to the Program Management office
(PMO) including Project managerial work. Create, Update, Review Functional
Specifications and Use Cases documents as required. Conduct High visibility
Walk thoughts on Requirement documents and the end to end business flow.
Participate in internal change control process and scope changes, release
management. Create Intakes /Work requests for different Application Support
Groups and tracked their activities for Testing. Assist in Test Strategy and
planning integration testing. Create, review and perform Integration Test
Scenarios, Test Cases and validation points. Create Local QA Database in MS-
Access and provide maintenance support. Develop and maintain Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP). Requires traveling to unanticipated locations
throughout US. Requires Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering
(any), Science (any), Business, or MIS. Full Time, 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm,
Monday-Friday.
